I love bagels and this place has them. Though had to wait 30 min for my bagel. So you need to really love them and have time. Take a book. Maybe Plato's Republic. The restored mill building with exposed warm red brick, and pine (?) wood interior add to the atmosphere. I ordered a toasted Everything Bagel with smoked salmon, an egg and cream cheese. Do it. Go ahead. Do it. In a world of glazed donuts dare to be an Everything Bagel.

Best bagel shop around! This family pours their heart and soul into what they do; and you can taste it in the bagels! Their partnership with Monsoon Roasting for coffee is ideal to pair with their delicious variety of bagels! Look forward to their growth in Holyoke!

Wonderfully doughy bagels and super-fresh cream cheese draw folks from all over to Comfort Bagels’s cool loft setting in a former Holyoke factory building right on the canal. Plenty of seating indoors and out, abundant parking close by, and friendly and efficient staff make this a go-to spot!

Great bagel spot in Holyoke! The selection of bagels are excellent, the cream cheese flavors are delicious (the french toast bagel and sweet vanilla cream cheese... wow, yes), the staff are friendly, and the ambiance is homey. Price is nice too! 10/10 would recommend!

These are the best, most creative bagels I have ever enjoyed in my life! During the pandemic, I began to make bagels which were good, but so much work. I then discovered Comfort Bagel after starting a new job in Holyoke and FELL IN LOVE! These beauties are crafted with such care and passion you taste it in every bite. New and unique flavors are unveiled each week, giving us fans something to look forward to. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, and always is a packed house. Not to mention they partner with the best local coffee roaster, Monsoon Roasters, to bring us crazy delicious coffee! Janet and her team are friendly, kind, and dedicated to the craft. Like the sign in their shop says, “We look at the holes in our lives and often miss the bagel. Don’t miss the bagel.” Do yourself a favor and stop in for the best bagels around!

This is coming from a guy that didn’t like bagel before until I went to Comfort Bagel. I must warn you the bagels are addicting!!! The bagels are baked fresh everyday, you must try the Comfort Classic sandwich or the Chocolate chip bagel spread with Nutella. Comfort Bagel is a great place and has wonderful staff. Not only that, if you like a good coffee this is the place to go to!
